Games For Training (GFT) Instructor III

HOW A GAMES FOR TRAINING (GFT) INSTRUCTOR III MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Operate, integrate, fielded constructive simulation models in support of exercises and training in classrooms and work cells, reconfigurable tactical operations centers (RTOCs), vehicle pads, and other related training locations.

• Maintain (update as required) the existing training support packages that integrate training products, materials, and other pertinent information necessary to train in the Live/Virtual/Constructive-Gaming (LVCG) environments

• Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness

• Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance

• Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors

• Participates in special projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: AA/AS or equivalent years of relevant experience

• Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience

• Required Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge GDT suites, specifically Call For Fire trainer and Squad Virtual training.

• Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance

• Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills / Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs / Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter

• Location: On Customer Site

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $32.02 - $40.32. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
