Responsibilities: Verify prescriptions entered into the pharmacy information system Perform medication management reviews Experience working in a long-term care pharmacy (LTC Pharmacy) Final review prescription drugs before being dispensed and sent to the nursing facility Communicate with physicians & nursing home staff clearly and effectively

MUST HAVE: Current & in good standing Illinois Pharmacist License Long-Term care experience preferred Ability to multi-task & work toward deadlines efficiently Ability to work well within a team structure Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, adapt to changing dynamics, collaborate, and find solutions Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively Flexibility, ability to jump in where needed as needed throughout the work day Highly organized and attentive to details
