Administrative Case Management Nurses (LPN\'s/RN\'s) play a crucial role in providing administrative support, case management and training to direct care staff. Our small group homes allow us to provide outstanding care to those we serve with developmental disabilities, brain injury, and/or mental health needs. The Nurse will work closely with the management team and referral sources to ensure the highest level of care is provided to individuals served. Summary of position: Assist the program care team with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the care and support of the individuals in our care. Support collaborative efforts to assess effectiveness and assist with training improvements. Maintain accurate and up to date documentation for individuals and staff. Partner with program management team to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and licensing requires, CARF, DDS, and others. Provide administrative support, scheduling and managing appointments and organizing meetings. Participate in ISP process. Develop and deliver training programs for direct care staff. Provide staff with support and guidance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the comprehensive care needs of the individuals served. Locations: Travel between multiple group home sites locally, as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing. You will spend a small amount of time within each group home to meet the needs of each individual. Hours: Full and part-time flexible Mother\'s hours available. Qualifications: Graduate of Nursing Program. Valid Massachusetts RN or LPN nursing license. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injury, long term care needs, or psychiatric nursing, preferred. SALARY RANGE: Non-Exempt hourly rates are determined based on license type and years of experience. Don\'t forget to ask about our hiring and retention bonus available to our nursing staff. Reports to: Assistant Director of Nursing. Position requires: Travel (mileage reimbursed at current federal rate for travel), driver\'s license with acceptable driving record history, vehicle, professional references, and acceptable CORI.
