Shift: Monday - Friday; hours vary depending on client needs

Key Responsibilities:• Individual counseling: Address clients' mental health needs and personal goals through one-on-one sessions• Group counseling: Guide supportive sessions for individuals facing common hardships• Group education: Deliver lectures on subjects like stress management and coping strategies• Assessments: Evaluate clients' mental health and substance use concerns via interviews and standardized measures• Intervention: Mediate conflicts and improve relationships• Multidisciplinary collaboration: Partner with professionals engaged in client care• Referral coordination: Arrange appropriate referrals to specialized services

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:• Current Missouri Licensure (provisional accepted) as PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, PLP, or LP• Or...• Master's degree in a license-eligible field with intentions to seek licensure
