Citigroup Risk FP&A, VP, Finance Chief Risk Office (Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida

The Finance Chief Risk Office (FINCRO) is responsible for providing risk management oversight of the Finance function, including effective risk challenge and mitigation of risk for Capital, Liquidity, Interest Rate Risk and Treasury Investments, while ensuring compliance with all risk-related regulatory requirements. The FINCRO Business Office provides support to the FINCRO organization with a focus on governance, control effectiveness, regulatory engagement, risk communications, and financial performance including resource management. The Risk FP&A, VP, will be a member of the FINCRO Business Office, working with the team to meet all deliverables related to headcount management, continuity of business, P&L oversight, communications, training governance, and contractor and consultant third-party spend management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the headcount tracking and planning processes for the FINCRO organization.

  • FINCRO P&L Management Lead, providing monthly financial updates for expenses.

  • FINCRO Business Continuity Lead, leading the team through the yearly BRC processes.

  • Provide training governance reporting for FINCRO organization to ensure compliance with all Citi required training by FINCRO colleagues.

  • Contribute to the FINCRO team's Voice of the Employee efforts.

  • Ad hoc projects as needed to support the FINCRO organization.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships

  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, highly adaptive, detail oriented, and demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while still maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred

  • MBA preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
