We currently have an opportunity for a Trainer for our Vancouver Region. We are looking for a candidate who can work in a team environment as leader and mentor and seeking an individual with previous training experience of military or law enforcement. Job Description:

Will plan and conduct training in the OR/SW WA Region as well as assist the Corporate Training Manager with additional training needs. Wage will be based on experience and potential/

Responsibilities -

-Facilitate training to include:

-Defensive Tactics

-OC Foam

-Use of Restraints

-AVADE

-Report Writing/SOCS

-Firearms/Taser

-Motivate and train new officers as well as current officers

-Ensure all trainings needs are being met to company standards.

-Improve and develop training

-Ensure the officers meet our uniform standards

-Work closely and assist the Corporate Training Manager

Minimum Requirements:

-Have life experiences to to be an excellent trainer

-Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality

-Must be able to work within a team environment

-Must be open to transition

-Must be self motivated and able to motivate others

-Must be able to work all hours and days

-Travel is required

-Must have reliable transportation

-Must have excellent oral and communication skills

-Physically fit and meet the physical requirements of the job

-Attention to detail and follow-up

-Ability to meet deadline

-Supervisory skills a plus

-Must be able to obtain an State Armed Security License (no felonies or gross misdemeanors)

Valid State Drivers License
