Key Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process Engineering and/or project management demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility, including driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management Extraordinary ability to build relationships Clear, consistent communication Use data to drive decisions and be willing to take action Enthusiastic and motivated High level of detail while running several work-streams Proven ability to grasp complexity quickly and adapt to change seamlessly while delivering project on-time Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience a plus Additional Information: This team manages products (Operations)- units being shipped, supply chain, cost, etc. This person will need to project manage across multiple teams(7-9). Prepare for demo/product readiness, maintain project status updates, identify schedule risks, identify cost risks, etc. This person should have experience in a matrix organization who has a background in project/program management. Industry is not a huge factor, but if they have an electronics manufacturing background that could be helpful. There are no PM tools such as AgileOne needed. They need experience with project management schedules, keynote, and Excel.
