Description

We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in the Communications industry, based in WAIPAHU, Hawaii. In this role, you will be supporting data entry functions, focusing on accounts payable. Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry of accounts payable invoices.

• Process payments to vendors, including electronic funds transfer and credit card payments.

• Match packing slips to invoices for accurate records.

• Complete vendor account reconciliation per monthly vendor statements.

• Perform check cutting using specific software.

• Execute vendor payment via phone or email using the company credit card.

• Reconcile credit card statements on a regular basis.

• Prepare and mail out certified payroll reports.

Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to handle Payable Invoices

• Knowledge of Coding Invoices

• Skill in Entering Invoices

• Familiarity with the process of Vendor Invoices

• Capability to Review Invoices

• Proficiency in using MS Excel

• Experience with Sage 300 software

• Excellent communication skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Prior experience in the Communications industry is a plus.
