About the team:

Get ready to join our lively Talent Attraction team, based in Germany. We're the ones finding the right people for key strategic initiatives like the SAP Academy for Customer Success. This is a special program that's developing our upcoming workforce for the Board Area Customer Success. It's like the spark that fuels motivation, and an inspiration to everyone, all in a space that's as diverse as the world we live in. It's designed to inspire, uplift, and empower with open hearts and minds.

Don't worry about coming in green - the team's got your back. We'll guide you, train you, and throw in a ton of fun while we're at it. Picture this: casual team catch-ups, bottomless mugs of coffee and tea in the office, and every now and then someone brings enough treats to make your dentist nervous. You're signing up for an adventurous ride lasting 6 months, ideally starting from July or August 2024 on. Our hometown? Picture-proof Walldorf, SAPs Headquarter near Heidelberg.

What youll do:

Position title: SAP Human Ressources iXp Intern (f/m/d) Talent Attraction

Work Area: Human Resources

Location: Walldorf, (hybrid work possible within Germany)

Expected start date: July or August, 1st 2024

In this role, youll:

As an intern (f/m/d) in the Talent Attraction organization, you will learn all stages of the candidate journey: from creating a job opening, to contract creation in a global company. This isn't a run-of-the-mill jobit's a chance to have a hand in shaping the future. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including:

  • Identifying suitable candidates on social media and reaching out to them.

  • Reviewing incoming applications and conducting initial pre-selection interviews.

  • Assisting with the application process by organizing selection days.

  • Proposing your ideas on how to attract the best talents.

  • Contributing in preparation and implementation of events and workshops.

  • Handling administrative tasks with the nitty-gritty of recruiting - things like managing job advertisements and handling travel expenses of the applicants.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Here are the qualities we're looking for:

  • You bring strong interest in Recruiting in an innovative technology company.

  • Hands-on mentality and reliability as a team player. You take charge and keep trying, even when things get tough.

  • Good presentation, communication, and networking skills

  • Creativity and passion for innovation

  • Fluency in English and German both written and spoken.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
