Job Description * The Project Manager (Regional-Local) works alongside the members of the Access Center to perform project management duties that support the initiation, planning, execution and completion of projects. Leads/or participates in all phases of the project lifecycle and processes for small-to-medium (or limited number of large) sized projects of varying complexity. Project Manager (Regional-Local) will facilitate prioritization of scope and business value, uses metrics and information to communicate and influence, facilitates outcomes and collaborates with others. The Regional-Local Project Manager also has operational duties/business specific responsibilities as outlined by each business area. • * Bachelor's degree required. • Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a concentration in project management along with knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and related work experience preferred. • Minimum of 3 years’ prior project management experience in a business, government and/or academic setting required. • * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.* • A basic understanding of project management tools and techniques required. • Local/Regional business knowledge preferred. • Working in health care industry preferred, demonstrated high-level organizational experience • Experience working in a PMO preferred • Familiarity with Accelerating Project Management Implementation and Change Management Methodologies preferred.
