We are currently seeking a Clinical Fellow (CF) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our new therapy services team near Wilmington, Delaware. We advocate for our SLPs, provide supportive Clinical Fellowship Mentors, and take your clinical preferences into account when pairing you with a school.     Job Responsibilities:

    As a Clinical Fellow (CF) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wilmington, Delaware, you will join a collaborative team working to address the communication skills of students in early childhood education programs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations to assess speech and language disorders that impact academic achievement.

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address each student's specific needs.

  • Delivering direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.

  • Working in close partnership with classroom teachers and interdisciplinary teams to support students' speech and language development.

  • Continuously monitoring student progress through observations and data collection, allowing for necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

  • Provide varied service delivery models (i.e. push-in, pull-out) to enhance the progress of your students.

  • Maintaining transparent and regular communication with caregivers, offering updates and strategies to foster continued growth at home.

  • Traveling to different community-based sites to provide services.

    Qualifications:

    Applicants should possess:

  • Experience working with children, ideally in a school-based or pediatric setting.

  • A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Communication Disorders.

  • A valid DE SLP license from the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation.
